Here's a paradiddle exercise. Pretty basic, probably good for intermediate level HS. Similar in style to the types of warmups SCV (Tapspace) plays. I am posting full battery because you need all the parts to make it groove a little. And I think grooving a little gets and keeps kids interested. A lot of unison work in bass drums -- I like for them to be working on paradiddles just as much as the rest of the battery.
